Preparing international graduates for practice in Australia
If you’re an international medical graduate, getting work in Australia can be a daunting prospect. Even once you’ve registered, there are processes and procedures that probably feel very unfamiliar. That's where we can help.
AMC Bridging Courses
For the past 30 years, we have been providing clinical bridging courses to international medical graduates – helping people like you prepare for registration with the relevant professional bodies in this country. Our Australian Medical Council (AMC) bridging courses are designed to prepare international medical graduates for their Medical Board of Australia assessments. We offer both face-to-face and online courses.

Our aims are simple. We want to:
- Give you the best chance of achieving registration by scheduling courses as close to exams as possible, so knowledge and experience is still fresh in your mind
- Make it easy for you to learn using practical techniques such as multiple choice questions and role play scenarios supported by an online learning management system to refresh your knowledge
- Prepare you for interview with one of our pre-employment structured clinical interview courses
- Make sure you’re ready for working life in Australia by familiarising you with the Australian health care system through our Work Ready course
